Sharon, Jason and I are focused on our Aurora store, fulfilling, packaging and sending to USPS facility while we got Dave to handle supplies when the store is running out of stock. Chen recently joined us, responding to inquiry, of our customers.
Recently we celebrated ‘team 100’ by offering promos and deals and we recruited 3 adhoc staff in 3 major states to handle our supplies internationally.

A lot of complaints about not using Paypal? We had Paypal installed initially but since it was a new business account and lots of transactions within a short period, we got limited and that is definitely not good for business. But we plan to get Paypal setup again very soon.
Another complaint about not having any reviews online and no social media presence? Well, when we started our focus was to work locally, get the supplies on time so as not to disappoint our customers. We are grateful with our new team however we can only get reviews from our customers who have bought and received their orders and willing to drop us a review.
And for social media presence, we have finally set up a Facebook for our business and also dedicate some time to update them.
Customer support emails not getting attended to in time? Jason and I are trying our best everyday to answer over 100 to 200 emails some days with Chen.
